Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to send all orders within 48 hours (or the next working day if ordered on a weekend). Delivery times vary depending on your location.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to wanting to minimise journeys to the post office during Covid-19, we are temporarily sending out orders bi-weekly, instead of daily. Please be aware that this will in most cases extend order dispatch time.

Upon receiving your goods, you have 14 working days to get in contact and report any issues to receive a full refund. Otherwise, we will only accept exchanges for other similarly priced goods or credit notes to be used at another time.
The returned item will be inspected once it arrives back to us and cannot be visibly worn, must not have been damaged, marked or smell in any way or be in any condition that we deem renders the item unsellable. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling and branding and with the original packaging.
Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.
You may return / exchange an item for another item in a different size if the item is still in the condition mentioned above. False Advertising will not be liable for any costs incurred in returning products due to size or change of mind. We will however view every return on its individual basis.
